Blue Ridge Pkwy

I recently, well a few weeks ago now, went to the mountains to assist as a second shooter of a wedding (I will post some of my favorite pictures from some of the weddings I assisted with when they are ready). On our last day there my husband and I rode the Blue Ridge Parkway and of course I had camera in tow. I really wished we could've stayed for the sunset, but that was out of the question as we were tired and ready to get back home. We stopped several times and walked a trail or two and I always lagged behind. These are my favorite photos from our stops off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Busy, Busy, Busy as a Bee...

So, it's been awhile since I have posted anything. Not that I haven't been taking any pictures, but that I haven't had the time to process them and post them... Actually sometimes I have to leave my camera at home so I can catch myself up...

Also, I've got some BIG news to share with everyone. For those of you who know me personally, you may already know... sort of. Maybe I'll let the cat out of the bag tomorrow... we'll just have to see.

It was an über bright day, so I had to underexpose a bit... it was also super windy and I didn't have anything to time my hair back with so I was fighting with my hair and it kept getting in the way... There are more to come when I finish with them. Here is one from later that same afternoon. I love old barns...

Meadow

While I was on the way to a shoot yesterday. I passed by this fabulous field/meadow. It would be a great spot for a session. I constantly take notes of interesting or interestingly beautiful places to do a shoot at.
