Investment

Having photos done by a photographer is honestly an investment. And there are a lot of photographers out there to choose from. So, why should you chose me to be your photographer? Well, I'll be honest... If you like my style and quality of photography that I produce, you will not be disappointed with the finished product that I will deliver to you.

Included in all of my packages is my time and talent as a photographer which includes; scouting locations, travel (generally within 20mi), shooting time, light editing and enhancements. The best photos from each session (may average between 20-80 depending on the length of the session) will be displayed in a password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering. Turn around time for viewing completed images can vary during a time of high volume, but is generally within 10-14 days. The online gallery is not intended for printing and will be watermarked with the Lauren Beasley Photography copyright logo. All ordered items will be at full resolution and will not have a watermark applied to it. Galleries will be open for 4 weeks after the posting date.

All sessions require a non refundable deposit (service retainer) to reserve your session date and time. This payment will go toward the cost of your session. The remaining balance is due the day of your session or event. If you fail to show to your session at the scheduled time or do not give at least a 24 hour notice, the deposit is forfeited and therefore nonrefundable. If 24 hours, or more notice is given, you will have the deposit amount as studio credit to book at another time. All payments made via credit card/pay pal will be charged a 2.9% processing fee.

Prints, products, cards, and jewelry are available for purchase with all sessions. Individual digital files can be purchased a la carte for $65 per image, however print/product orders totaling $250 or more (does not include Kotori Jewelry orders) will receive a digital download with all of the images from your session to print no larger than 8x10. Products that are available include (not limited to); professional prints, wall art, Kotori Jewelry and other services like framed prints, business cards, accordion books, flat post cards, flat cards with envelopes (for announcements, etc.). For consumer printing, I recommend mpix.com.

If you would like to set something up, don't hesitate to send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you. Your photo's will be an investment to be enjoyed for years to come.

Professional Labs

For prints and products, I use the highest quality professional labs in the business. The labs that I order my products from only service professional photographers. The quality and consistency that is produced by these labs are second to none. Trust your memories with a high quality lab.

Photographic Prints

The prints I can supply to you are actual photographs, not a cheap ink jet print. The paper your photograph is printed on is archival quality up to 200+ years. That means that not only your children's children will appreciate your photographs but also their children's, children! So, your cherished photographs now will also be cherished for years to come.

I am pretty passionate about having actual photographs, not just the digital image. A disc of digital images is great. But, in all reality, digital storage is not a reliable method of storage and this is why… technology changes. Computers are now being sold without disk drives (my macbook pro doesn't have one and I didn't even realize it until after I brought it home)… And I remember computers that used to take 8 inch floppy disks (hey, I was born in the '80's). So who's to say something "bigger" or more so "smaller" won't come and go within the next decade? That disk you will have then will be obsolete like VHS video tapes. Or worse, it get's lost or your computer crashes. It's hard to argue that digital is better than an actual tangible photograph, the best way to "back-up" your memories.
